Provider reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Terms of Use and to take any action we deem appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
    
    
15. Remedies for Violations. Provider reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Provider's Web site and their features.
    
    
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. All claims against Grenix related to the Grenix website, including but not limited to disputes as to this Terms of Use shall be governed under the laws of the State of California. By accessing and using the Grenix website, you hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the State of Vermont.
    
    
17. Severability of Provisions. These Terms of Use incorporate by reference any notices contained on the Web site and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement with respect to access to and use of the Web site. If any provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.

A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

20. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Grenix, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Grenix site. Any content provided or posted in public areas is not reviewed or edited by Grenix and Grenix is not responsible for such content at all. However, if someone feels that there is infringing or defamatory material on the site, they can notify Grenix at webmaster@grenix.com.
    
21. Modifications to Terms of Use. Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions of the Terms of Use will appear on this Web site and are effective immediately. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use.
